When stress becomes chronic, it stops being personal—and starts being systemic.

Burnout, grief, and ongoing stress don’t just affect how people feel. They shape how they think, lead, create, and connect. They impact performance, decision-making, and the overall health of teams and organizations.

Dr. Sara Moore helps audiences understand what is happening inside the nervous system under stress—and how to respond with greater awareness, agency, and practical tools for recovery.

Her talks and workshops blend neuroscience, storytelling, and creative practice to make complex concepts tangible, human, and immediately usable.

About Dr. Sara Moore

Dr. Sara Moore is an educator, artist, and speaker whose work explores how people navigate stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm through awareness, creativity, and lived experience.

She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership focused on learning behavior and an MFA in Graphic Design, with 13 years of experience as a professor of instructional design and art and senior-level work in enterprise learning and organizational development.

Her work is grounded in science and informed by her doctoral research on how the unconscious mind processes experience through creative expression. Her studies suggest that when individuals are guided to consciously engage with their creative output, new insight can emerge and internal psychological blocks may begin to shift.

Alongside her academic work, Sara has cultivated a personal practice of nervous system awareness through introspection and lived experience, deepening her understanding of how stress is processed in the body and how creative expression can support regulation and recovery.

Her work brings together research, storytelling, and creative practice to help others better understand their internal responses to stress and develop accessible ways to support their well-being.

“Your nervous system is always communicating—the question is whether you know how to listen.”

What Makes This Work Different?

Sara’s sessions are not lectures—they are experiences.

Audiences don’t just learn about nervous system regulation; they actively engage with it through guided, creative, and somatic practices that make the science real in the body. This approach transforms insight into lived experience, increasing retention, relevance, and lasting impact.

Experience

Sara’s sessions are immersive, not informational. Audiences don’t just hear concepts—they move through them in real time, turning learning into a felt, embodied experience.

Participation

Participants are active contributors in every session, not passive listeners. Guided prompts and shared reflection create space for real-time insight and connection.

Creative Practice

Creative expression is used as a tool for understanding internal experience. Simple, accessible practices help translate emotion and awareness into something tangible.

Science in Action

Nervous system science is translated into lived, practical experience. Complex concepts become understandable through direct application in the body, not just explanation.
